How engagements are priced
Fees reflect application count, the quality of available usage records, and whether work is remote or on-site. Figures below are guidance for planning; every quote is scoped after a short intake call.
Starting guidance
| Engagement | Basis | From |
|---|---|---|
| Application Usage Assessment | Fixed project fee for 8–20 applications | ₩8,500,000 |
| Post-Rollout Adoption Review | Fixed fee per primary application | ₩2,800,000 |
| License & Access Rationalization | Fixed fee per vendor suite | ₩3,600,000 |
| Usage Interpretation Workshop | Flat half-day session (up to 8 people) | ₩1,200,000 |
What changes the fee
- More than twenty applications, or fragmented usage sources that need manual reconciliation.
- On-site workshops or readouts outside the Daejeon area (travel billed separately).
- Compressed timelines that require parallel analyst coverage.
- Additional languages for stakeholder interviews beyond Korean and English.
Deposits and billing
Assessments and rationalization projects typically require a forty percent deposit to reserve the start window, with the balance due on delivery of the written report. Workshops are billed in full when the date is confirmed. These pages do not process payments; invoices are arranged after scope agreement.
Estimate factors we ask about
During intake we confirm the application inventory size, whether admin exports are available, how many stakeholder interviews are expected, and the renewal or rollout date that anchors the schedule. If logs are sparse, we may recommend a shorter discovery pass before a full assessment.
