Data we collect
- Contact details you submit through inquiry forms (name, email, message, optional engagement preference and timeframe).

Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned assessments, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Korea. Optional analytics cookies, when accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Project materials are retained for the engagement term plus up to three years for quality and legal reference, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires otherwise. Cookie preference keys remain until you clear local storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, and accounting providers may process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. Client usage extracts stay within the engagement team unless you authorize a named subcontractor in writing.
International transfers
Primary operations are in the Republic of Korea. If a processor stores data outside Korea, we require contractual safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements before transfer.

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time via our cookies page and browser controls. Contact info@dataservicescloud.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
Security
We apply access controls and limit project data to staff and contractors bound by confidentiality. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers in the public inquiry form.
