By using this website or commissioning services described here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit an inquiry for paid work.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional application usage analytics engagements for informational purposes. A binding engagement exists only after a written scope confirmation and acceptance of a quote or statement of work. Published rates are guidance and may change.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and downloadable materials remain the property of Data Services Cloud unless a statement of work transfers specific deliverables to you. Client data provided for an assessment remains yours; our written reports are licensed to you for internal use upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, submit fraudulent inquiries, or republish our materials as your own advisory product.
Liability
Assessments and recommendations are advisory. Decisions about licenses, access, training, and vendor negotiations remain yours. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Data Services Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website content or from decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Daejeon shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page applies from its publication date. Material changes to active engagements are handled in writing with the affected client.
